Acrylic on Linen 36in x 48in, 2011
Lines and shapes, squares and rectangles, deceive as objects in the world of non-objective art.
As an artist who works in Geometric Abstraction (as well), I take the geometric form not as a structure in itself, but as a set of boundaries to the artist’s thought processes.
My work, Cut Vantage Series #4, done in 2011, was first shown in the same year at the Emerge art fair in Washington DC.
